Developing Your Personal Swing Biomechanics
In today’s world the Internet offers so many websites that have help to improve your golf swing. Let’s face it golf has become a hugely popular sport, in all age groups, races and gender. So if you are having trouble figuring out what is going wrong, then the Internet is a great source to turn to. The only thing is finding a relevant and credible website to follow along with. There are not only written articles, but there are tons of great videos and even great digital products that have helped people all over the world.
So first things first, when you are out there on the driving range or golf course you need to write down or just pay close attention to exactly what the results of your swings are. For example, slicing it to the right or left, not getting the distance you want, or even just driving the ball to the left or right. Another recommendation would be to videotape it, that way you can watch many of your swings over and over again, this would certainly be an advantage to improving those biomechanics of your golf game. Not only that, you could have someone, like an instructor view the tape and break it down to you. Another awesome advantage is the fact you could post it on places like UTube for others to comment on it and you would be surprised of the amount of advice you could get.
I have had many discussions on what is one great tip to give beginners out there that are serious about learning to golf. My answer is this: make sure as a beginner that you don’t develop bad habits, get an instructor the first few times you golf. Secondly, when you are at the range practicing if you get tired don’t just continue going through the motions because this will also lead to bad habits, take a break, a deep breath and then get back to it. Make sure to stay focused on every swing. Both these tips will be very beneficial to you when developing your personal swing biomechanics.
