Breakfast:
1 large cinnamon raisin bagel
3 tbsp. peanut butter, reduced fat
3 tbsp. strawberry jam
2 cups tea with 3 tbsp. milk
Activity: Walked 4 miles at 4 mph pace, hills (1hour)
Activity: trimmed shrubs, raked leaves (1hour)
Lunch:
2 sliced multigrain bread
4 ounces sliced turkey breast
1 slice fat-free chedder cheese
3 cups sun chips
Activity: 9 holes of golf with cart (2 1/2 hours)
Snack:
3 90 calorie granola bars
2 medium tangerines
1.5 cups skim milk
1 envelope carnation instant breakfast
4 peanut butter crackers
Activity: ice hockey (30+ minutes ice time)
Dinner:
2 cups chili
1/4 cup shredded park-skim mozzarella cheese
2 sliced multi-grain bread
1 tbsp. butter
1 50 calorie ice cream bar

Is this good, bad, what can I eat instead?
Im also looking to gain some weight. ANY TIPS?!
If you are trying to gain weight, that is excellent. But if you were trying to lose, Id say cut your portions a little bit.
